We do provide regular paid breaks, fatigue mats, and a place to sit during quiet times. As for customer chairs, we do have benches indoors and out. A: What a great concept to aspire towards! While the current demand for convenient/specialty items may prohibit us from going completely plastic free, there are ways you can reduce your consumption as a consumer such as shopping in bulk, reusing bags/containers, and avoiding individually packaged products. Q: If I am trying to go plastic free, how do I get bulk baking items (like cocoa) and cheese (like mozzarella) that are pre-packaged without being an interruptive pain.
A: Thank you for your question and your commitment to the environment. While currently we do not have any systems in place to allow for the purchase of prepared food items in reusable containers due to food safety regulations, we do have reusable eco containers available for purchase at the deli to use at the hot/cold bar. You can also special order items in bulk (such as cocoa) to eliminate additional packaging, or bring your own reusable containers/bags in the bulk department or for produce.
