Prepared Foods

Q: Use more foods in hot bar which are less common allergens i.e. too much wheat, dairy, nightshade family foods are used. More organic foods in hot and cold deli.

A: I am sorry to hear we are not meeting your dietary needs.  We do try to balance our offerings to allow as many people as possible to enjoy them, but some days the mix is isn't always right for everyone.  While we don't promote it as effectively as we should, most of our offerings on the hot and cold bar are organic and of those few that aren't, most are locally sourced.  -Doug, Prepared Foods Manager
