Project Tote with Central Vermont Solid Waste Management District

Schools and community members are using their creative ingenuity to repurpose unusable compost totes from CVSWMD. Totes will be painted with an Earth Day theme or upcycled into a sculpture and will be on display throughout our Earth Day Celebration. Make sure you walk around and check them out!

Event attendees will vote for their favorite tote from each of three groups; elementary school, middle/high school and community members and the three winners will each receive a $250 cash prize!

We'll also have family-friendly activities happening in our kid's tent from 10am-4pm.

Learn about animals from North Branch Nature Center.

Meet Tom from Black Dirt Farm and learn all about their High Potency Worm Castings.
