Q: Instant powdered coconut milk…forget brand name.

Q: Please carry the brand Batch again! I loved their green tea ice cream.

A: Thank you for your input! Unfortunately, these were discontinued due to very slow sales, so we are unlikely to bring them back. I will look to see if there is another matcha ice cream that may sell better. -Olivia, Grocery Buyer

Q: Any chance of, please, getting Amy’s organic chili which is not just spicy (e.g. medium spicy or mild)?

Q: 3 Twins Ice Cream.  It’s organic and fabulous and chocolate cherry is amazing.

Q: Please have reusable containers to refill water – – City Market has!

Q: I can get non-fat plain Siggi’s at Shaw’s on the hill – why no larger here? No other Skyr compares,  this is the real Icelandic recipe.

Q: Please order Sun Warrior plant based protein powder with stevia, natural. 

A: Thanks for your suggestion.  This product is not available through our distributors, but this may change in the next few months.  Please let us know if you’d like to special order it at that time.  -Laura, Wellness Manager


Q: Would the co-op be willing to look into a bottle return business here on site? 

A: We are talking about how to support an effort somewhere in Montpelier.  There is not enough physical space to make it work here.  Thanks. -Kari, General Manager 

Q: Not sure why you would continue to use the broken conveyor belt aisle and leave a working aisle empty?

A: We understand how that might have appeared odd! We are very conscious of ergonomic safety at the co-op and we make sure to rotate the cashiers so everyone gets to face a different direction for part of their shift.  This is to minimize the risk of injury due to repetitive motion. There are many reasons why you may have seen register 7 open and another lane closed. One of them could have been ergonomic safety, another a cashier on break, or possibly a cashier using the restroom.  Thankfully, the belt has now been repaired. -Alison, Asst. Front End Manager
