Providing great customer service is at the center of everything we do, and we strive to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. To that end, we want your feedback so that we can assess how we’re doing and what we can improve. This includes all of the customer feedback opportunities we have always had and a new customer experience survey we will be using over the coming months.
Beginning on Monday, Oct. 29, Co-op shoppers, both members, and nonmembers, will be randomly invited to complete a short survey using a link on their cash register receipt. Printed on the receipt will be instructions for how to complete the survey online or on your phone using the QR code provided. To complete the survey, you must do so within three days. We will have a laptop at our Customer Service desk for your convenience if you would like to complete the survey while in the store. You will have the opportunity in the survey to rate your experience with individual departments specifically and the store as a whole. You will also be able to add specific comments or request to be contacted. If you have opted out of printed receipts, and you are randomly selected to participate, you will still get a printed receipt.
Customers who complete the survey will receive a coupon for $5.00 off of $25.00 at your next visit within 30 days. The coupon excludes beer, wine, newspapers, magazines, Co-op branded merchandise, vitamins, supplements, equity payments, and gift cards. It cannot be combined with other coupons. At the end of the survey, you will receive a validation code to write on your invitation receipt so you may redeem your coupon.
