We are looking for member-owners to join our core worker team and to work at our upcoming Truckload Sale as event volunteers.
As a core worker, you will work two hours per week for a six-month term, with the next term beginning on Monday, September 30. During that time, you will receive a 6% shopping discount and a minimum wage paycheck. Core jobs include bagel stocking (7-9am on Friday mornings), cheese cutting (Monday-Friday 8-10am), and bagging (various shifts, mostly evening hours and some weekends).

We are also looking for member volunteers to help with our Fall Truckload Sale on Friday, Oct. 4 through Sunday, Oct. 6. For those who have never been to one of our Truckload Sales before, it’s a semiannual event where we purchase many of our popular products in large “truckload” quantities. The savings are passed on to our shoppers during a large three-day case sale under a tent in our parking lot and throughout the store.
For every hour worked, you will receive a shopping discount of 6% for two weeks. There are a variety of shifts available over the three days in three different positions, line facilitator, greeter, and personal shoppers, which requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Most shifts last four hours with the expectation that volunteers will provide stellar customer service to other members and shoppers.
