What’s New in February
We are always watching out for the latest food trends and listening to our customers to find out what kinds of products they’re looking for so we can bring in exciting new items whenever possible. Below are some of the great new products that recently arrived on our shelves. If you have something you don’t see at the Co-op yet, but you’d like to suggest we carry, contact us here.
Yalla Vermont – Hummus
Check out this new, locally made, organic hummus, from Brattleboro, Vermont. This small-batch, Middle Eastern style hummus comes in three flavors- Original, Roasted Eggplant, and Skhug (spicy, herbacious, unique, and incredibly delicious). Find them in our cooler by bulk.
Mammoth Creameries – Keto Frozen Custard
Because you asked! A Keto-friendly, low-carb ice cream has arrived. Mammoth Creameries comes in Vanilla Bean and Chocolate, and has only 1 gram net carbs per serving! It is made with grass-fed butter, cage-free eggs, and rBST-free dairy.
TeaRIOT – Positive Energy Tea & Juice Blends
These are plant based energizing tea and juice blends, with the caffeine equivalent of a shot of espresso, plus 100mg of L-theanine for focus. TeaRIOT is organically certified, with no added sugar, in flavors like Cider Kick, Lemon Yerba Mate, and Hibiscus Glow.
The Original PB2 – Powdered Nut Butters
PB2 is a non-GMO, vegan, and gluten free brand of powdered nut butters. These are perfect for adding protein and flavor to so many products- smoothies, oatmeal, yogurts, baked foods, and savory sauces. Find it with the jarred nut butters.
Yachak Organic – Yerba Mate
We have a new brand of organic, ready to drink Yerba Mate in our drink cooler! Yachak is Fair for Life certified, and comes in flavors like Berry Red, Berry Blue, Ultimate Mint, and Sparkling Strawberry.
Base Culture – Keto Bread
We now carry Base Culture Keto Bread, a grain and dairy free, paleo friendly loaf of bread, made with rich almond butter and goldenflax, but a delicious, nutty flavor. Find in our gluten free bread freezer.
Louisville Vegan Jerky Co. – Vegan Jerky
We have expanded our options for vegan jerky snacks! These are a great source of protein with 21 grams per serving. Louisville Vegan Jerky come in Pepperoni, Carolina BBQ, and Black Pepper.
