2020 Annual Meeting & Voting

The Annual Meeting marks the culmination of the democratic process by which our member-owners elect their representatives, the Co-op’s Council. It’s an opportunity for members to hear news and updates about Hunger Mountain Co-op, ask questions about co-op issues, and win prizes. Read on for more information about our 2020 Annual Meeting!
This year, on Thursday, Nov. 12, we’ll be hosting our first-ever virtual Annual Meeting via Zoom, and we’d love to see you there! Hear from council members and staff on the state of our co-op and help us celebrate our employees and local community.

Questions can also be asked at our three roundtable-style discussions.
Council Election Voting
Members may vote for their 2021 council representatives leading up to the Annual Meeting in-store near the customer service desk or vote online. This year, there are four candidates for four open seats, but it’s still important to vote. The top vote-getters will receive the longest terms. Online voting will close at 7:30 pm EST on Thursday, Nov. 12. Completed paper ballots may be returned to the Co-op by November 12. Learn about your 2021 council candidates here.
