To our Co-op Community:

We want to express our disappointment and strong disagreement with the Supreme Court’s decision to revoke women’s constitutional right to abortion access. Health care is a human rights issue and access to comprehensive high-quality reproductive health care must be universal. Furthermore, a woman’s right to choose is an important equity issue in the workplace and beyond. Sadly, the overturning of Roe v. Wade will needlessly result in more suffering and worse outcomes for many more Americans.

We support Vermont’s efforts to pass Proposal 5, the Reproductive Liberty Amendment, which will codify the right to reproductive autonomy in our state constitution. Please consider donating to Planned Parenthood of Northern New England and others who support access to essential reproductive health care services and education.
