A: Because we are responsible for implementing member benefit programs, any decisions on member discounts fall to the management team. We have held numerous meetings, interviews, discussions, etc. to gather input.  There will be an update at the Annual Meeting but not time to specifically discuss. -Kari, General Manager

Q: Re: Charging station: No parking unless charging.

Q: I'll bet you would raise a lot more money for Round Up orgs if cashiers asked customers if they want to round up.  I don't think I have ever been asked.  If I don't round up, it's because I forgot to ask the cashiers to do it.

A: Thanks for your feedback! We walk a fine line between promoting these programs and pushing them.  Our marketing team is working on a better way to get the word out, but at this time we are not asking cashiers to cue customers at the register because a donation should be initiated by the donor and not extracted by what could be perceived as social pressure to contribute. 

Please keep in mind that you should you forget to round up and would like to make a donation to the cause du jour, any register can take a free standing donation in any amount at any time during the period when we are collecting for that organization.

Q: Hi. Folks running cashier should help bag - especially when they are waiting for cc to run through.

A: Hi back!
