Mindfulness Practice and the Cultivation of Character Workshop

Hunger Mountain Co-op
Address: 623 Stone Cutters Way

Presented by Robert Kest, Ph.D.

The practice of mindfulness is not simply about presence, but also about shifting our relationship to life through the development of our character. This class will be an exploration of the dynamics that shape this possibility.

Space is limited and registration in advance is suggested. To sign up for this free workshop, email your name and contact info to info@hungermountain.coop

All workshops are held in the Hunger Mountain Co-op community room unless otherwise noted, with access to a freight elevator upon request.

Hunger Mountain Co-op allows community members to offer workshops that align with our mission of promoting nutritional awareness, local sustainability, and environmental responsibility. These workshops are offered for the voluntary participation, education, and enjoyment of our community. Hunger Mountain Co-op has not reviewed every aspect of each workshop and the presenters do not represent the Co-op. Hunger Mountain Co-op is not responsible for any harm that may result from attendance at a workshop.
