  • August 21, 2019 5:00 PM - August 21, 2019 7:00 PM

With Regina Powers, RN, NP, Reiki Master

Regina brings in each of the 5 Elements separately, to use as tools to understand the emotional and physical imbalances in our bodies. She starts with the Earth, the element of relationship. The place we learn to give and receive, as if we block one, we block the other. She works with examples and ways we can do a self-check in our own systems. She shares how to work with bringing this back into balance.

The experience she shares with the group, always depends on the group. Each element speaks in a way that people may get uncomfortable or react to something their body is looking for, ie:Water has to do with anxiety and fear, or Wood has to do with holding onto anger and frustrations. All the elements have a place in us although this workshop is an avenue to bring attention and light onto where they may need to learn, heal or grow.

Space is limited and registration in advance is suggested. You can reserve your spot using the easy online form here, by emailing us at info@hungermountain.coop or calling us at 802-262-3202.

All workshops are FREE and held in the Hunger Mountain Co-op community room unless otherwise noted, with access to a freight elevator upon request.

  • August 22, 2019 12:30 PM - August 22, 2019 1:30 PM

If you love Hunger Mountain Co-op and are looking for ways to be more involved, the council might be a great fit for you. Please join us for an informational session led by current council members and general manager Kari Bradley. These informal educational opportunities provide a chance to learn about how the council operates, how they represent our member-owners, and what it means to serve your Co-op by becoming a member of the council. If you are considering running in Council elections this fall, we highly recommend attending one of these sessions. Held in our upstairs community room, with access to an elevator upon request. Contact us at info@hungermountain.coop or 802-262-3202 for more information.
