5:30 PM-8:00 PM April 4, 2022 https://hungermountain.coop/event/council-meeting-4/2022-04-04/ The Co-op council generally meets once a month on the first Monday at 5:30pm via Zoom. Meetings are open to all member-owners. Meeting dates for 2022 are January 3, February 7, March 7, April 4, May 2, June 6, June 27, August 29, October 3, November 7, and December 5.
There is no meeting in July or early August, and the September meeting is often held at the end of August. The council also hosts an annual membership meeting in early November to share information about the Co-op and hear from member-owners. In 2022 it will be held on November 10.

| 13 - How to do a Carbon Inventory and Create a Climate Action Plan (2 sessions)
6:30 PM-7:30 PM April 13, 2022 Since Catherine Lowther joined the Goddard College faculty in 1997, she’s created the college’s BA in Sustainability Program and the Climate Literacy Course, chaired the Sustainability Committee, completed a carbon inventory for the college which helped them reach carbon neutrality in 2018. On Wednesday, April 13 and Wednesday, and April 20, from 6:30–7:30 pm, Catherine will host a two-part online workshop about measuring and reducing the amount of CO2 emissions you and your family produce in a year. In Part I, Catherine will present information about measuring the emissions created by burning fossil fuels, the electricity we use in our homes, and the emissions created by activities like dietary choices and flying. Participants will then use this information to do a carbon inventory. In Part II, participants will share inventory results and create plans to reduce emissions. Upon registering, you will receive information about how to do your carbon inventory.
