The Co-op council generally meets once a month on the first Monday at 5:30pm via Zoom.  Meetings are open to all member-owners.

The agenda for the next meeting, including date, time, and place, is posted in the council section of our website and in the exit way of the Co-op at least one week prior to the meeting.

Meeting dates for 2022 are January 3, February 7, March 7, April 4, May 2, June 6, June 27, August 29, October 3, November 7, and December 5.

There is no meeting in July or early August, and the September meeting is often held at the end of August. The council also hosts an annual membership meeting in early November to share information about the Co-op and hear from member-owners. In 2022 it will be held on November 10.

Co-op council members will provide information and answer questions on the upcoming bylaw revision proposal.

In 2018, the Co-op Council created a committee to review and propose updates to the Co-op’s bylaws. In February 2020, the council accepted the Bylaw Committee’s recommendations for proposed revisions to our co-op’s bylaws.

The special meeting will be conducted May 12, 6–8 pm via Zoom. You must be present at the online meeting to vote. All voting will be conducted through the Co-op’s online voting platform. Each voting item will be presented, discussed and voted on in order.

Register for our special meeting by May 5 to receive a $15 coupon and be automatically entered for in-meeting raffles. The final meeting registration deadline is 5 pm on May 11. You will be emailed voting instructions and your Zoom meeting link after your registration has been approved by staff.
