What’s New in March
We are always watching out for the latest food trends and listening to our customers to find out what kinds of products they’re looking for, so we can bring in exciting new items whenever possible. Below are some of the great new items that recently arrived on our shelves. If you have something you don’t see at the Co-op yet, but you’d like to suggest we carry, contact us at [email protected].
Silk’s Oatmilk is now available in the cooler with the other dairy items and alternatives. It’s a delicious, creamy, vegan dairy alternative that is nut-free, soy-free, and has fewer calories and less sugar than the leading oatmilk brand.
Petit Pot’s French Style Pudding, found in an adorable and reusable glass jar, is gluten-free and organic, and is in the dairy cooler with the yogurts, in salted caramel, chocolate, and vanilla flavors.
In that same spot, with the other kefirs, you will find Co Yo’s Coconut Milk Kefirs. They are rich, delicious, organic, gluten-free, plant-based, dairy-free, and made with live vegan cultures. You can find them in mango and original flavors.
Over in the beverage cooler, by the café register, are new Protein Elixir Beverages from Rebbl, makers of delicious plant-based beverages. Check out their three new protein-rich drinks in banana nut, vanilla spice, and cold brew coffee, with 12-16g of protein per bottle.
We’ve got new items in other departments as well. In the chip aisle, you will find Wilde’s BBQ Chicken Chips, made from chicken breast, with cassava flour and coconut oil. With only 1g of sugar and 7g of protein, they are a healthy, perfectly seasoned snack.
Also in chip aisle is Garden of Eatin’s Grain Free Tortilla Chips. These cassava flour tortilla chips are gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan and paleo friendly. These are a perfect chip to suit your dietary needs, hearty enough to take on any of your favorite dips.
Finally, we’ve got a spectacular new raw, vegan cheesecake in the deli grab-and-go case, from Dee-Licious Raw. Made with a base of cashews, almond milk, dates, and maple syrup, this raw, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free dessert won’t leave you missing anything.
