Q: Are all of your supplements from GMP certified operations?
A: Good question. We do not require demonstration of GMP certification. The FDA requires compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices for makers of pharmaceuticals but I don’t believe certification is required. Please let me know if I misunderstand. -Kari, General Manager
Q: Tables are sticky! Horrible!
A: Yes, the stickiness is caused by the finish becoming tacky and wearing off. We are in the process of scheduling them to be refinished. Thanks for your patience and understanding. -Mary, Facilities Manager
Q: There are parts of the far end of the parking lot that are a little nerve wracking when parking facing the river. If a vehicle ever came out of gear and rolled forward, it could end up in the river. How about adding those concrete parking curb thingies to those parking spots?
A: I know exactly what you are talking about and in fact we had large boulder placed there but because that is where some of our snow is pushed in the winter, nothing stays there permanently. Thank you for the suggestion. -Mary, Facilities Manager
Q: It’s sooo cold in here – all staff (and shoppers) are wearing sweatshirts with the A/C cranked.
A: Thanks for the feedback. The thermostat is set at 69% but the open coolers might make it feel colder. I will look into it. -Mary, Facilities Manager
Q: Angled parking spots – Cost: 2-4 spots. Benefit: increased customer turnover.
A: Thank you for the suggestion. Due to the size and demand for parking spaces in our lot we are reluctant to make any changes that would decrease the number of available spaces. Thanks. -Mary, Facilities Manager
Q: How about making copies of this sign [“try using just one paper towel”] and putting them in your restrooms?
A: I will run this by our Green Team and Marketing team for their input. Thanks for the suggestion. -Mary, Facilities Manager
