What’s New in January
We are always watching out for the latest food trends and listening to our customers to find out what kinds of products they’re looking for so we can bring in exciting new items whenever possible. Below are some of the great new products that recently arrived on our shelves. If you have something you don’t see at the Co-op yet, but you’d like to suggest we carry, contact us here.
Fody Foods – Marinara Pasta Sauce
Fody creates low FODMAP and gut-friendly foods, made with simple, clean ingredients. Non-GMO certified, gluten-free, and free of garlic and onion. Fody has been certified across the line as low FODMAP foods, making it easy to follow a low-FODMAP diet for digestive system health.
Wholesome – Allulose Sweeteners
Allulose is a zero calorie sweetener that tastes just like sugar, with no funny aftertaste or bitterness. It is naturally found in figs, raisins, and kiwis. Wholesome Allulose is GMO free, keto friendly, gluten free, vegan, and kosher, and comes in both a granular sugar and a syrup.
Siggi’s – Triple Cream Skyr-Style Yogurt Cups
Triple cream skyr in snacking cup size! Try the lemon or vanilla; with 9 grams of protein per serving. They are lightly sweetened and rich in creamy goodness.
Siete – Grain-Free Taco Shells
Siete has made taco night the meal everyone can enjoy, with their grain free, paleo-friendly taco shells. Made with cassava flour and avocado oil, these taco shells are GMO free, dairy free, soy free, and vegan! Find them in the international aisle.
Nuco – Coconut Tortilla-Style Wraps
Nuco Coconut wraps are a great, paleo-friendly alternative to the classic tortilla wrap. Organic, vegan, and gluten/grain free, these wraps are made with only coconut meat, coconut water, and virgin coconut oil. Find them on the tortilla shelf in our bakery.

Gardein Skillets are an easy, vegan-friendly meal for two! Find them in our freezer for quick, delicious weeknight dinner. Try the Chick’n Florentino or the Chick’n Fried Rice.
Perfect Bar – Peanut Butter Cups
Unlike any peanut butter cup you’ve ever had, new peanut butter cups from Perfect Snacks by Perfect Bar are packed with protein, super foods like kale and spinach, and a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth. Find these organic treats in our bulk cooler.
Raaka – Raw Dark Chocolate Bars
