Understanding Forest Carbon: How Forests Mitigate Climate Change with Ali Kosiba (IN-PERSON)

Learn all about forests and the carbon they sequester and store. Dr. Kosiba will showcase the complex forest carbon cycle, from living trees down to the soil. She’ll also provide insights into the role that Vermont’s forests have in helping us mitigate the impacts of climate change. But because forests themselves face numerous stressors, she’ll provide options we can use to help forests sustain this critical benefit.
