These are teachings and practices on how to keep the mind/heart in balance, and beautifully open, despite the apparent risk within an untethered world. Each session of this series will cover a bit of history for context, illuminate key teachings of Buddhism, offer a simple meditation technique, and explore how we can integrate the teachings and meditation into daily life.
