Valentine’s Day is coming up, and the Co-op is here to help you share the love!  

Lake Champlain Chocolates, a Burlington-based, organic chocolatier, offers a beautiful selection of seasonal treats for Valentine’s Day. There are multiple styles and sizes of truffle boxes, including classic heart shaped boxes, as well as bags of heart shaped truffles and chocolates.  

Tavernier Chocolates are always visually stunning, and their Vie en Rose bars are no exception. Topped with dried raspberries, strawberries, rose petals and hibiscus blossom powder, it’s like an edible bouquet. Visit our center store display for yours, while they last.  

We’ve got a few truly original French treats in the store right now. Mercier camembert en chocolat looks like a wheel of cheese. In fact, it is a crunchy praline center encased in chocolate. And it is amazing. Arnaud Soubeyran marshmallows push the boundary of what we understand them to be. They come in long strips and are made without any artificial ingredients. They are light and creamy in texture, and definitely worth a try. Maybe add some to some elements drinking chocolate. Rooted in Ayurveda, this herb infused chocolate will warm your heart.   

If you’re looking for something for the kids to share with friends, Yum Earth Valentine’s treats are an excellent choice.
