Heyday Farm & Bakery is a small, family-run bakery in Lower Cabot. The family business started in 2018 as a tiny farm stand in the woodshed at their tiny house. A year later, they began selling mostly vegetables, along with a few baked goods, at their farm stand and through their CSA.

After the bakery earned its official certification, they began selling bread in stores in late 2024. Today, the Heyday family bakes, packs, and delivers bread to seven local stores every Thursday and Saturday, producing over 450 loaves of bread a week.

Sourcing all their flour from La Milanaise, an organic mill in Quebec, Heyday is dedicated to baking with high-quality organic ingredients, honoring a bread-making tradition that stretches back thousands of years.
