This Friday, Aug. 17, we are sampling an exciting cheese that is also August’s Cave to Co-op featured cheese: Butter Cheddar made with raw Jersey cow milk, from Billings Farm in Woodstock, Vermont. Along with this crowd-pleasing cheese, we’ll be sampling a selection of Chardonnays.

Last week, the Co-op was notified by the USDA’s National Organic Program that Dwight Miller Orchards’ Apple Cider Vinegar (32 oz) has been incorrectly labelled as certified organic since mid-January.
