Cheese Club FAQ
How Does it Work?
Each month you order our Cheese Club box you will receive access to special cheeses with limited availability and not regularly available in the store. You will receive an email from us detailing the month’s selections and pickup dates and sent a reminder as the pickup date approaches. Pick up your box at the Co-op’s cheese counter.
What is Included in My Cheese Box?
You will receive three cheeses, equaling a minimum of 1½ pounds, along with featured cheese info sheets and pairing recommendations.
Cheese Club Payments
When you purchase a Cheese Club box, we collect payment at checkout before fulfilling your order. Currently, we do not have a subscription option for our Cheese Club. One-time payments can be made through the form above via PayPal for that month’s Cheese Club cheeses. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase a cheese box.
Store and membership discounts are not applicable to Cheese Club orders.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on Cheese Club purchases. Since cheese is a perishable item, we strongly advise opting into email Cheese Club pickup reminders. We are not responsible for spoiled product due to forgotten orders or late pickup.
