Yoga for Back Care
Whether we’re fully leveraging it or not, we have an internal “back brace” that is designed to support our spine. Learn the essential poses that help reinforce this structural support system, and help release common places of tension, and imbalance. Applicable for rehab of back pain, or as prehab, preventing injury, we will also learn some key postures and practices for back pain relief, and how to incorporate these learnings into daily movement.
