Please join our local self-proclaimed fermentation fanatic—Beki Auclair of Vermont Fermentation Adventures—for a sauerkraut making demonstration. Beki will assemble a simple sauerkraut, answer questions, and provide samples of her products that are available in the Co-op. Attendees will have a chance to see that creating their own fermented vegetables with the kitchen tools they have available is uncomplicated, fun, delicious and messy.

This workshop will take place in the Co-op’s upstairs Community Room and is free to attend. Space is limited. Please email us with any questions.
