When master painter Thomas Waterman Wood founded the museum for the citizens of Montpelier in 1895, he had a vision of an institution that would bring the transformative power of art to the people.

To preserve and exhibit exceptional historic and contemporary art; offer life-affirming arts education to all ages; and collaborate within the community to ensure art is available to everyone.

The proceeds from this raffle directly support our youth programs and our mission to ensure art is available to everyone.
