Trenchers Farmhouse will be setting up shop in the Co-op from 10am to 2pm (or longer, if supplies last!) offering samples of their award-winning Italian-style fresh pasta made right here in Vermont using 100% Vermont-grown wheat and Vermont-raised eggs.  The Co-op even carries a gluten-free pasta from Trenchers, so stop by the demo table to chat with a representative from the farm to learn about this successful sustainable local business and try their delicious, to quote Seven Days, “pastas made as they would be in Italy.”
