Villa Villekulla Farm will be onsite for a vendor demo from 10:30am to 1:30pm introducing customers to the wonderful world of skyr.  Technically a cheese but with the consistency of a thick yogurt, Villa Villekulla Farm uses plant-based rennet to thicken the silky goat milk and arrive at the perfect, spreadable texture.  In addition to making the very best skyr, this one-woman operation is a no-kill dairy with a retired goat sanctuary on the property.
