This ideas contest invites all community members from across the region to reimagine the Country Club Road property as a vibrant, inclusive, and resilient neighborhood. These values align with Montpelier’s vision for a thriving, resilient city that promotes well-being (and homes) for all. Whether you’re a seasoned designer or a passionate neighbor, your ideas can help us shape a community where people of all ages can truly live well—by design.
In three hours, we will introduce the Country Club property, basic design principles, then get right down to design! All materials will be supplied.
