In this “Introduction to Sociocracy” (dynamic self-governance) which is based upon equality, transparency, consent, and effectiveness, you’ll learn about its methods so that you can compare them with the values and needs of your organization.

The presenter, Eric Bachman, is a certified practitioner and facilitator of Sociocracy – dynamic self-governance. Certified by https://sociocracyforall.org, he is currently in training to be a sociocracy consultant and has many decades experience training social action groups in the use of consensus decision-making.
