Q: Got a kale Caesar salad on 8/27, and to whoever made that batch… bravo! There was noticeably more garlic in the dressing and it was delightful! Almost tasted like the garlicy aroma of an Italian restaurant.

Q: Your in house deli food is good but very often overly salted. Way too salty! Could you start a line of low-sodium food items? I’m sure many others would choose that option.

Q: I asked several times to have scrambled eggs one Sunday/month. Can’t believe that I’m the only one asking for them! I’ve stopped coming fro your hot bar on Sunday. Aslo, many folks can’t eat green bell peppers, which are in meny of the choices. I’ll go eslsewhere going forward. TY
A: Scrambled eggs do not do well on the hot bar. You are the only one asking. Please ask for a manager on Sunday and we will make some scrambled eggs for you. -Vince, Food Services Manager
Q: The Grab & Go is cleaned out of McKenzie smoked turkey, roasted turkey, rotisserie chickens & ham. The deli slicing is closed. I wish there was a way to keep this stocked – with almost half the day left. We’re out.
A: We sometimes have staffing issues that prevent us from keeping the Gran n’ Go area stocked. Please ask for assistance and we will do our best to help you.

Q: This is a super common thing I see everywhere, not unique to here, but I feel like it’s a reasonable request. Please teach folks to not palm the tops of canned beverages when handling them. Every store, every cashier, everyone does this, so I get it, but it’s gross. I don’t’ want to have to go home and wash can lids before drinking.

Q: What is happening to the co-op? Internet down twice inside a month, can’t pay. No staff to ring out on the weekends? Can’t get an espresso or a latte now. Now it’s no dish washer and burrito only? Time to do some maintenance or hire somebody competent to fix stuff up? Really sort of lame.

Q: Why do you have a password for wi-fi? Easier to access would be helpful since limited cell service.

Q: Please consider an extra coffee container in deli that would offer a sample (paid for by customer) of fresh ground bulk coffee so people could try different bulk coffees and see what they like – maybe the manufacturers would provide the coffee to try to increase sales?

Q: What happened to bulk maple syrup?
A: Government over-reach! The Department of Agriculture has said we cannot sell bulk maple unless it’s refrigerated. We have been selling un-refrigerated for 2 decades, without any issues. We contested, however it was denied, even though the regs do not require it. Talk to your legislator! -Kevin, Operations Manager

Q: Hi! Still dreaming of a pulled pork I bought from the prepared foods case a few weeks ago. Thought it would be regular American pulled pork but to my surprise it was spiced like lechon (Puerto Rican roast pork specialty) and it was delicious!!! Reminded me of home. Keep up the good work in the deli! Gracias!
