Cheese Club FAQ

How it Works

  • Each month you order our Cheese Club box you will receive access to special cheeses with limited availability that are not regularly available in the store.
  • Fill out the form below to preorder the Cheese Club box of the month.
  • Each Cheese Club box is $60. More than one box may be purchased by adjusting the quantity.
  • Payments processed via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.
  • You will receive an email from us detailing the month’s selections and pickup dates and sent a reminder as the pickup date approaches.
  • Pick up at the Co-op’s cheese counter.

February's Cheese Club Selection

This box is an inspiring selection of Italian cheeses.

  • Taleggio – From the Lombardy region of Italy, taleggio is a washed rind cow milk cheese. Like many washed rind cheeses, taleggio is pungent with a strong aroma. The creamy, melt-in-your mouth interior is mild and buttery with fruity and meaty notes.
  • Fiore Sardo – Also known as Pecorino Sardo, Fiore Sardo is a firm raw sheep milk cheese based out of Sardinia, Italy. This cheese has a crumbly but smooth texture with a distinct savory and smokey taste profile.
  • Gorgonzola Prelibato – Made in the Piedmont and Lombardy regions of Italy, Gorgonzola is a cow milk blue cheese with an unmistakable taste that is described as salty, earthy, and tangy. Prelibato is a variation of Gorgonzola Dolce with a drier curd with a velvety, mild, and sweet taste profile.

Monthly Selection of Curated Cheese

Explore a wide range of flavors and styles from both local and international sources. Each month you will receive three cheeses, equaling a minimum of 1½ pounds. These will be cheeses we don’t typically carry in the store, chosen by our trusted Cheesemongers. You will also receive special additions to enhance your experience, such as jams, honey, crackers, spiced nuts, whimsical gifts, and other surprises.

How Does it Work?

Each month you order our Cheese Club box you will receive access to special cheeses with limited availability and not regularly available in the store. You will receive an email from us detailing the month’s selections and pickup dates and sent a reminder as the pickup date approaches. Pick up your box at the Co-op’s cheese counter.

 

What is Included in My Cheese Box?

You will receive three cheeses, equaling a minimum of 1½ pounds, along with featured cheese info sheets and pairing recommendations.

 

Cheese Club Payments

When you purchase a Cheese Club box, we collect payment at checkout before fulfilling your order. Currently, we do not have a subscription option for our Cheese Club. One-time payments can be made through the form above via PayPal for that month’s Cheese Club cheeses. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase a cheese box.

Store and membership discounts are not applicable to Cheese Club orders.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on Cheese Club purchases. Since cheese is a perishable item, we strongly advise opting into email Cheese Club pickup reminders. We are not responsible for spoiled product due to forgotten orders or late pickup.
