Fermentation Workshop

Kraut Mob with Beki Auclair of Vermont Fermentation Adventures. Following a brief demonstration, participants will jump in to make their own jar of fermented vegetables. All materials will be provided, and everyone will go home with a jar to monitor as it ferments.
