Nominate Someone for a Hunger Mountain Cooperative Community Award

The Hunger Mountain Cooperative Community Award is an annual award given to a Hunger Mountain Co-op member-owner, customer, vendor, employee, council member or community member for special contributions to our cooperative community and the advancement of our mission and Ends Policies. Submission deadline: Monday, July 31, 2023.

Criteria

  • The nominee should have an extended period of continued service and involvement in central Vermont that advances our mission to create and sustain a community of healthy individuals, sustainable local food systems, and thriving cooperative commerce.
  • The nominee should demonstrate or have demonstrated excellence in collaboration, achievement, leadership, community service, and promotion of our mission, and Ends Policies.

Guidelines

  • All Co-op stakeholders are eligible for nomination. The nominee does not have to be a current or past member-owner or staff of the Co-op.
  • Nominations will be reviewed, and a winner will be determined by the Co-op Council using the outlined criteria.
