Q: IDEA How about using linguine instead of wood coffee stirrers?
A: Interesting idea, thanks. Kevin, Operations Manager
Q: Is it possible to make the round up automatic at checkout instead of having to ask every time? It could be part of each member’s account or maybe make it automatic for all members unless they opt out.
A: So sorry. Our current point of sale system does not give us that option. I wish it did!!! Kevin, Operations Manager
Q: Please bring back the old tote bag design with the apple! They were goal! The new ones are … not. Was looking forward to picking up a new one – SO disappointed @ the change.
A: Sorry you don’t like the new design. Every few years we freshen things up a bit. Rowan, Community Relations Manager
Q: Would be soooo cool to have a “singles shopping” event. 😊
A: Thanks for the suggestion. I have not thought of that before – will consider! 😊 Rowan, Community Relations Manager
Q: Please make more non-meat breakfast egg sandwiches. There are always plenty of meat egg sandwiches, but egg sandwiches run out so early!
A: I will look into increasing the non meat breakfast sandwiches – thanks. Vince M, Food Services Manager
Q: Place the sandwich choices by cost, with least expensive (8.99?) on the left. Today there as a large person standing in front of the sandwiches and I reached around to grab a sandwich in the first bin on the left, which is where I usually find the turkey + cheddar for 8.99. I didn’t look at the label. I am a regular customer for that sandwich. I got home to have lunch + feed my cat, and opened it, it was not the turkey + cheddar. It was a 9.99 sandwich with mayo which I don’t like. So I brought it back. I hadn’t eaten anything.
A: Talk to you later Steve – thanks. Vince, Food Services Manager.
Q: I really wish the deli chefs would stop doing cilantro in the chicken pieces. I cannot eat anything that has even teeny amounts of cilantro and I know there are lots of other people strongly averse to it. I really like getting the chicken but can’t when there’s cilantro in it. Is it really necessary?
A: We will keep this in mind. Thanks for the feedback. Vince, Food Services Manager
Q: I’ve been loving the more juicy tofu on the hot bar – less rubbery, more flavor .. I don’t know how to describe it, but it’s amazing. Thanks! <3 <3
A: Great! Thanks. Vince, Food Services Manager.
Q: Will you guys ever bring back the sandwiches? I really enjoyed them.
A: Given the lack of labor it is difficult to do this currently. Potentially, some time in the future. Kevin, Ops Manager
Q: Can we create a “Plastic free” aisle?
A: Thank you for your thoughts! Love the idea, but currently not practical… maybe in the future!! Kevin, Ops Manager

Q: The salmon chowder you served a few weeks ago was suberb! Just spicey enough and not too spicey. Just salty enough and not too salty. Perfect thickness / consistency and plenty of everything in it. Hope you have it again. Thanks!
A: I will let Silas know – Thank you! Vince, Food Services Manager.
