Q: Cashiers/Frontend: What’s the practice? If a customer is still packing groceries, should the cashier just start ringing up the next customer, sending groceries down, or should the cashier offer to help pack?
A: Good question. This is our practice: 1. Offer to help bag. 2. If the customer does not want help, let them know they can take their time. 3. Create space for that customer to bag their groceries. 4. Help the next customer without anyone feeling rushed. -Rhianna, Front End Manager
